Physicals
At Your Place Healthcare offers a variety of physicals. We offer pre-employment screenings, Department of Transportation (DOT/CDL) exams, camp/sports, physicals, and wellness assessments.
DOT/CDL
DOT physical exam is a medical examination required by the Department of Transportation for specific commercial motor vehicle drivers. The exam is conducted by a licensed medical examiner to ensure that drivers are physically and mentally capable of operating a commercial motor vehicle safely.
Things To Remember

Make sure to be well hydrated as you will have to provide a urine sample.

Don’t smoke or drink caffeine before your exam or your blood pressure may rise.

Pre-Employment
A pre-employment physical helps evaluate the overall health status of prospective employees. This evaluation helps determine how well qualified you are to physically and mentally perform the responsibilities required for the role.

Sports/Camp
A Sports physical exam assesses the child for any problems that could interfere with performance and help ensure their safety while playing sports. During the sports physical, the child’s medical history will be reviewed. South Carolina requires all student-athletes to complete a sports physical before participating in school-sanctioned sports. Please bring a list of your child’s medications, previous surgeries/injuries, and other illnesses.
